TO QUALIFY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY, ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 5:30PM LONDON TIME
Our Standard, Next Day and Saturday shipping services are available for addresses on most of the island of Great Britain (including lowland Scotland).
Regions that must specify our Two Day shipping services are:
- Highlands & Islands of Scotland
- Northern Ireland
- Ireland (Eire)
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands
- Scilly Isles
Outside the British Isles, other Shipping Methods and delivery times apply.
Shipping charges are estimated, based on an order being deliverable in a single package.
Our website should accurately show how much shipping will be charged on a package, as long as you choose a shipping service that applies in your region.
(In the rare cases where we might have to charge more shipping than was indicated by our website, we will try to contact you first. However, it is your responsibility to tell us your correct country, and to choose a shipping method that applies in your region. If in any doubt, please contact us.)
Please note that some items must be insured for shipping. Our website will indicate a separate charge for this where it applies.
What is STANDARD delivery?
STANDARD Delivery is not NEXT DAY delivery. However, the vast majority of orders shipped via our Standard Delivery service do actually arrive before the close of business next working day, and the remainder arrive before close of business on the following working day. If you need to guarantee delivery on the next working day, please choose one of our NEXT DAY services instead (where available). AND REMEMBER -- the Photomart warehouse must have processed your order before 5.30pm Mon-Fri for there to be ANY chance of it arriving next working day. So please order early for prompt delivery.
Who do I contact if my delivery hasn't arrived?
All customer services enquiries should be addressed to customerservices@photomart.co.uk. It's best not to try to telephone our Sales line about them, as telesales operators can't usually help with web orders. Please also remember that on Standard Delivery, your goods are not officially late until two full working days have elapsed from the time your order was despatched. Please try not to contact Customer Services about Standard deliveries until two working days have elapsed, as the unnecessary work load this can create could reduce service levels to other customers.
