Minimum order quantity
Photomart’s logistical infrastructure is set up for “B2B”, which means we are typically a “Business to Business” supplier, we specialize in supplying to various photo retailers, professional photographers, government etc. It also means that we tend to supply in bulk. We therefore DO NOT accept orders that are under a certain monetary value. The minimum order value for ordering from Photomart is:

“Standard deliveries” are scheduled for delivery the following working day. If required, you may also specify a later date for delivery (standard charges apply).

“Priority deliveries” are scheduled for delivery the following day before 10am or noon and are subject to a premium delivery rate. Please note, priority deliveries and “Saturday delivery” are charged at a “per parcel” rate, see the Parcel Tariffs for more details.

Orders received on a Friday will usually be delivered the following week Monday (next “working” day). If you require delivery sooner you can specify “Saturday delivery” at a small premium when you submit your order.

An “Insurance surcharge” applies to deliveries of specified delicate and high value items (e.g. cameras, printers etc.). This charge also covers the cost of special handling and is charged per item. Items shipped with the surcharged item will be exempted from standard delivery charges. Please note, if your order is a “Priority delivery” and it contains an item which qualifies for the “Insurance surcharge” you may be subject to a “per parcel” rate, see the Parcel Tariffs for more details.

We deliver to “BFPO” addresses anywhere in the world. Please note that delivery charges may vary depending on weight and size restrictions for specific locations. Delivery times will also vary.

Remote areas in particular “Scottish Highlands” and other post codes are often difficult to reach. There are no “next day”, “before noon” or “Saturday delivery” services to these regions. Standard delivery charges apply.

Deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands require transit for water crossing and for this reason different delivery charges and lead times apply. Deliveries are charged “per parcel”. Please see the Parcel Tariffs for these regions for further details.

Parcel Tariffs to Ireland, Northern Ireland and UK priority deliveries
If you are based in Ireland, Northern Ireland or are a UK mainland resident and have specified you would like a “Priority delivery”, the delivery charges for your order will be calculated on the basis of “cost per parcel” (please refer to table 1 and table 2 respectively). For most orders a single parcel would be sufficient but for larger orders it may be required to split your consignment into two or more parcels and charged accordingly.
This website will always calculate the delivery charges on your order based on a single parcel. In the event however it becomes apparent to us that your order will require multiple parcels for consignment, you will be contacted by a member of our team with regards to the delivery charge/s of the additional parcel/s.

Deliveries to UK offshore islands and Northern Ireland are charged “per parcel”.

At check out (online orders) it will be assumed that all deliveries require a single parcel only. At a later stage, orders may however be split into multiple parcels to satisfy parcel specifications and the delivery charges adjusted accordingly.

Delivery charges on oversized items will also be adjusted accordingly.

You will ALWAYS be notified prior to any charges being adjusted and Photomart will NEVER deduct any payments from your account or credit card without your authorization. Please ensure that you always provide us with correct and up to date contact information.

Deliveries to Europe (including Gibraltar) and the rest of the world
Photomart can deliver to ALL COUNTRIES across the globe. Delivery tariffs are usually based on weight and/or volumetric weight. For destinations outside Europe, Custom Clearance Charges and other landed costs may apply. For some destinations brokerage charges may also apply.
