This octagonal softbox is suitable for use in both studio and on-location photo shoots. Computer aided funnel design, shaped to provide the most even illumination possible. When shooting fashion or portraits, the rounder shape of the Octabox maybe preferable (over the more conventional rectangle) as it creates a more aesthetically pleasing catch light within the eye.
The iLux softbox has an octagonal shape with a translucent material lining in the opening. It generates a soft and even lighting. Depending on how you position the softbox you can control the resulting light and shadows on reflective surfaces. Useful for softening any potential blemishes in portraiture photos.
