Can I hire a printer for a one-day or two-day event?

Our printers are hired at a weekly rate. This gives you time to receive the equipment, set it up and test your full workflow before the event.

Which printer should I hire for my event?

The right choice depends on your required print sizes, expected print volume and current setup. Tell us what you need and our team will help you compare the available models.

What is the difference between HiTi P525L and P529LX?

The P529LX is the upgraded, faster version of the older P525L. We hire the P529LX to ensure you get the best speed and performance for your events.

How is media managed?

One box of media is supplied and charged upfront with every hire. Once the printer is returned, we calculate the number of prints used and refund the value of the remaining media.

Additional boxes may be ordered as required. Any unopened additional boxes returned after the hire will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How do I take care of the printer?

You’ll receive an instruction sheet inside the flight case. As a rule: use the flight case, remove media before moving, empty the scrap box, and store equipment in a dry, room-temperature space. This helps avoid damage and ensures smooth performance.

Why would I choose hire over buying outright?

Hiring makes sense if you need a temporary solution, for example during a peak season, while your main printer is being repaired or when you want to trial a model before purchase. It keeps your business running without committing to a full investment.

What are the return conditions and grace period?

A two-day grace period applies after the end of your hire. If the printer is returned later than this, an additional full week’s hire charge will apply. All printers must be returned in their flight case, cleaned, and with consumables removed.
