  • Worry-Free Coverage: EverCare offers guaranteed coverage for all dye-sub photo printers you buy at Photomart, regardless of brand or model. This eliminates any confusion about eligibility and ensures you're protected for any potential issues that might arise with your printer.

  • Fast and Convenient Repairs: If your printer malfunctions, simply contact Photomart. We'll arrange a convenient pickup from your business to minimize downtime. Our technicians will then diagnose the problem to determine the best course of action.

  • Free Printer on loan: While your printer undergoes repairs by our manufacturer-certified technicians, you won't miss a beat. EverCare provides you with a free loan printer with similar capabilities. This ensures your critical photo printing jobs keep moving forward without interruption. You'll only need to pay a refundable deposit for the loaned printer.

  • Expert Diagnosis and Repair: Our technicians are highly skilled and manufacturer-certified. They will thoroughly diagnose your printer to identify the issue, whether it's a manufacturer defect covered under warranty or accidental damage.

  • Transparent Communication: We understand clear communication is crucial. If the problem is a manufacturer defect, we'll repair your printer at no charge and send it back in perfect working order. For accidental damage, we'll provide a clear repair quote before proceeding. You have the option to approve the repair at the quoted cost, or decline the repair with a £120 + VAT diagnostic service fee.

    Additional Information:

    • Coverage Period: EverCare provides guaranteed coverage for one year from the purchase date of the program.
    • Loaned Printer Media: Please note that the loaned printer does not come with printing media (ink or paper). You'll need to provide your own to ensure continued printing while your printer is being repaired.
    • Substitute Model on Loan: In some cases, we may not have your exact Dye-Sub model available as a loaned printer. If this happens, we'll provide a different model with similar capabilities that can handle your printing needs. You'll only be responsible for the printing costs you incur while using the loaned printer. However, if you don't return the media that came with the loaned printer, you'll be charged for the full cost.
    • Times Available: Photomart will only be available to sort out loan printers, collections and repair of printers during normal working hours, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5pm. If problems occur outside of these hours, contact Photomart via email and we will get back to you during our normal working hours.
