While Photomart provides free expert advice to all customers, EverCare acts as your
dedicated safety net. If your printer fails, you receive an
immediate loan printer and priority repair handling, ensuring a
technical issue never costs you a booking.
Programme Benefits
- Immediate Replacement Printer While your printer is being repaired, a free loan printer is supplied (subject to deposit), allowing you to continue fulfilling orders without interruption.
- Manufacturer-Certified Repairs All repairs are carried out by fully certified technicians trained on your specific model.
- Supported Brands Covers eligible dye-sublimation printers purchased from Photomart, including DNP, HiTi, and Sinfonia models.
- Transparent Repair Costs Manufacturer defects are repaired free of charge. Accidental damage is quoted clearly, with no obligation to proceed (diagnostic fee applies if declined).
