What printer brands do you service?

Our engineers are manufacturer certified for DNP, Mitsubishi, Citizen, Hiti, Ciaat, and Sinfonia. All major dye sublimation brands used in professional photography.

What problems can you fix?

Everything from print quality issues and paper jams to error codes and complete hardware failures. Software problems like driver conflicts and color calibration too. If it's broken, we can probably fix it.

When are you available for support?

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Call or email anytime and we'll respond during business hours.

How much do repairs cost?

We require a £120 + VAT deposit for diagnostics. This applies toward your total if you proceed with repairs. Collection and return service costs £35 + VAT (non-refundable), or you can bring the printer yourself. We always try remote diagnosis first to save you time and money. You only send the printer if we can't fix it remotely.

How long will repairs take?

Depends on the problem and parts availability. Simple repairs might be done same-day. Complex issues or special-order parts take longer. We give you a time estimate after diagnosis.
