Photomart is the leading supplier of photographic, event and lighting equipment within the EU and Africa, with our offices based in London, United Kingdom.

When was Photomart founded?

Photomart was founded in 1992 and is the official trading name of Loukil LTD.

Orders & Payments

Do I need to create an account to order?

Creating an account will allow you to benefit with a faster checkout option, order tracking, and exclusive benefits. However, guest checkout is also available.

What is the minimum order amount?

Our minimum order value is £50 (excluding VAT). If an order is placed of less value, Photomart retains the right to cancel the order, or request a surcharge to be paid for the order to be processed.

Can I place an order over the phone?

While we encourage online orders for faster processing, you can place orders by phone at 0208 527 6006.

How can I pay for my order?

For your convenience, we offer a variety of secure payment options including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna.

When is VAT applied?

VAT is calculated and added to your order total during checkout and there are no hidden fees or surcharges beyond VAT.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout to redeem your offer. You can sign up for our newsletter to receive discount codes. During special occasions discounts are applied automatically during check out, so no discount code will be needed, unless otherwise said.

Recycling Scheme

How do I recycle ribbons?

Simply collect 10 used ribbons and send them back to us with your name and contact details inside the box.

Why did I not receive the £50 reward?

As outlined in our terms and conditions, ribbons bought from other distributors or on a discounted price do not count towards the reward.

Repairs

Can you repair items I've purchased from you?

As well as being able to repair items purchased from us, we are also able to repair items purchased from other official UK distributors, as long as they are within a product range we previously, or currently offer. Just contact our team on 0208 527 6006, to get a repair or service booked in.

Deliveries

How much does shipping cost?

All UK mainland orders cost £10. For international shipping please use the “estimated shipping calculator” during check out or contact our sales team.

Where do we deliver?

We offer delivery throughout UK mainland and to many international destinations. For specific locations, please contact our customer support.

Is there free delivery?

Enjoy free delivery on UK mainland orders over £200.

Can I change my delivery address after I order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change delivery addresses once your order has been processed. However you can always email us any change in your information to keep your account updated..

How long does delivery take?

For mainland UK, our standard delivery option is Next-Day DPD delivery, with premium options available for quicker & guaranteed delivery. For international and non-mainland UK orders, delivery times vary depending on customs & port procedures.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

Our carrier will attempt delivery 3 times, while updating you throughout the process with estimated delivery times. After 3 attempts the goods will be sent back to us, in which another payment for delivery costs will need to be made in order to send the goods out again.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact our sales team to discuss returning goods. There is a 15% handling fee applied to all returned items, and under no circumstances will delivery be refunded. Failure to notify Photomart prior to delivery being made may result in your return not being received.

Can I return opened items?

Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging sealed. If an item is returned and has been tampered with or opened, refund may be refused and the customer must arrange collection of the item at their own cost.
