5:30 PM Order Cutoff
Place orders until 5:30 PM for next-day delivery to most UK mainland locations. That's 2+ hours later than most competitors. Realized you need supplies at 4 PM? You're covered.
In-House Technicians
Call with a printer problem and you get our actual technicians. Not a call center reading scripts. Real troubleshooting over the phone from people who fix these printers daily. We're the only supplier with in-house technical support available during all business hours.
Early 8:30 AM Start
We open at 8:30 AM, not 9:30 like most suppliers. Get your morning order in before you head to a shoot. Call for support before your clients arrive. One hour might not sound like much, but it matters when you need it.
Saturday Collections
Showroom open Saturdays 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No waiting until Monday to pick up supplies. Order Friday, collect Saturday, shoot weekend events without worrying about stock.
Fast UK Delivery
Extended hours mean nothing if delivery is slow. Here's how we ship.
- Next Day Delivery: Most UK mainland orders placed before 5:30 PM arrive next business day. We process same-day so you're not waiting.
- Two-Day Delivery: Northern UK, Scotland, Northern Ireland typically take two business days. Still faster than most suppliers who cut off at 3 PM.
- Live Tracking: Real-time delivery updates with options to reschedule, request safe place drop-off, or deliver to nearby shop.
- Same-Day Collection: Order by phone or online, collect from our Enfield showroom the same day. Available Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to stock).
