These 5″ paper spacers enable reliable use of 5×7″ roll media on DNP DS620 and Citizen CX-02 printers. Fitting a spacer to each spool keeps the roll centred and square, helping to prevent mis-feeds, skew and edge white lines.

Installation (quick guide)

1. Power down the printer and remove any loaded roll.
2. Fit one spacer to each side of the paper holder and seat fully.
3. Load the 5″ roll so its edges sit flush against the spacers.
4. Close the cover and resume printing.

Tip: Always use both spacers together for best alignment.

Do I need these if I only print 4×6″?
No. The standard holders are fine for 4×6″; these spacers are for 5″ (5×7″) rolls.
