How It Works

Collect
Gather your empty Photomart dye-sublimation ribbon spools.
Minimum required: 10 ribbons.

Package
Place them in a sturdy box.
Required: Include a note with your Name and Postcode inside so we can find your account.

Return
Send them via post or drop them off at our Enfield showroom.
Return Options
Option A: Postal Service
Pack them securely and send them to:

(Customers are responsible for return postage costs.)
Option B: Showroom Drop-Off
Local to Enfield? You are welcome to drop off your ribbons during our business hours:

Processing Your Drop-Off Reward
To ensure accuracy, our team verifies all returns manually. Please note that rewards are processed shortly after your visit and will be available for use on your next order, rather than instantly at the counter.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why didn't I receive my reward?
Common reasons include:
- The return contained fewer than 10 ribbons.
- No Name or Postcode was included in the box.
- The ribbons were originally bought on promotion or discount.
Do I need to clean the ribbons?
No. There is no need to clean them. Just ensure they are securely packaged.
Can I recycle other brands like Hiti?
Yes! We accept Hiti P310W, P322W, and S420 media for recycling to help the environment, though these items do not qualify for account credit.
