Photomart Customer Questionnaire - Terms & Conditions

1. Questionnaire Period: This questionnaire is open until 28th February 2024. Submissions received after this date will not be eligible for account credit.
2. Eligibility: Only verified Photomart customers are eligible to receive account credit for completing the questionnaire.
3. Account Credit Process:
   • Account credit will be provided before 7th March 2025.
   • If you have not received your credit by this date, please contact [email protected] using the same email address provided in your questionnaire submission.
4. Submission Requirements: Incomplete questionnaires or those missing a fully completed email address will not be eligible for account credit.
5. Accuracy of Information: If Photomart determines that false or misleading information has been provided, the corresponding submission will be disqualified, and no credit will be issued.
6. Restriction of Access: Photomart reserves the right to restrict access to the questionnaire for certain individuals where deemed necessary to prevent misuse or ensure the integrity of the data collection process.
7. Non-Transferable: The account credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
8. Data Protection: By completing the questionnaire, participants agree to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data in accordance with Photomart's Privacy Policy. Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of this questionnaire and related communications.
9. Limitation of Liability: Photomart shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other circumstances beyond its control that may affect participation in the questionnaire or the processing of account credits.
10. Disqualification: Photomart reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, providing false information, or otherwise acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Right to Amend: Photomart reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this questionnaire and its associated benefits at any time without prior notice.
12. Errors and Omissions: Photomart reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in relation to this questionnaire and its terms.
13. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
