DNP DS620 6×8" perforated media is divided by a central perforation so every finished sheet separates into two individual 3×8" photo strips. Each box contains 400 full 6×8" prints, giving a total output of 800 individual strips.
The wider 3×8" format gives photographers more room for larger photographs, multi-image layouts, branding and event artwork while keeping the convenience of a ready-to-tear strip.

What Does 2 × 3×8" Mean?
A full 6×8" sheet is divided down the centre into two equal sections. Each section measures 3×8", so one completed print can be torn into two individual strips.
The strips can carry identical artwork for two guests or separate designs, depending on the software and template used.
Example: one 6×8" sheet can give two guests a matching 3×8" photo strip from the same session, with no trimming required.
Why Choose 3×8" Instead of 2×8" Strips?
The main difference is width. A 3×8" strip gives you 50% more width than a 2×8" strip, creating more room for larger images, text, logos and event branding.
The 2×8" format is useful where three narrower strips are needed from one 6×8" sheet. The 3×8" format instead gives two guests a wider finished product with more space for the photographs themselves.
400 Full Prints or 800 Individual Strips?
The box contains enough media for 400 complete 6×8" sheets. Each full sheet separates into two individual 3×8" sections, giving a total of 800 finished strips.
Simple calculation: 400 full 6×8" prints × 2 strips per print = 800 individual 3×8" strips.

DNP lists several finish options for this perforated media, depending on the software and printing workflow used.
Glossy
A bright, reflective finish with strong colour and contrast.
Matte
A lower-reflection finish with a softer overall appearance.
Fine Matte
A more refined matte-style surface available through compatible workflows.
Luster
A lightly textured finish that sits between traditional glossy and matte appearances.
Partial Matte
Allows selected areas of the same print to receive a different finishing effect in compatible workflows.
